| Sugar coated Bacon and Mayo Cake.
It sounds gross, but from what i've read, this cake just might be delicious. The right amount of mayo can actually make the cake super moist, so moist, you don't even need milk in your ingredient list. And no, you can't taste the mayo. Also, candied bacon (bacon sprinkled with sugar) adds a good crunch to the topping. I eat bacon with pancakes all the time, so we're pretty use to eating sweet bacon with maple syrup anyway. I want to try to make this one day, after i find a safe recipe.
By the way, I love Florida. =)

haha! i've only been to a show taping twice. (The Colbert Report, both times and it was amazing, because.. well he's amazing.) But i'm pretty sure we all know that Iron Chef America hides more than it actually shows, just like any reality tv segment on television. But it's still interesting to read what he's got to say about the raw deal...Iron Chef Boyardee?
